Delivery is FREE for all orders to mainland U.K. The estimated delivery time for FREE DELIVERY is 1-2 business days (not including weekends/bank holidays). 

Orders will be fulfilled within 24 hours and will ship the same business day if received by 3.00 pm. (Orders placed on Saturday 21st December will be dispatched same day if placed by 1.00 pm). For example, an order placed on Sunday morning will be fulfilled and dispatched on Monday morning.

We want you to love our cat gifts. If you are not 100% catisfied with your purchase for any reason, just contact us and we’ll be happy to provide a FREE pre-paid return label for any order shipped within mainland U.K. Return your order to us within 30 days and we’ll process a full refund. Customers shipping from outside of mainland U.K. are responsible for return shipping costs. 

All returned items must have original tags and packaging. We stand by our products - if your order arrives damaged or defective or you'd like to order replacement we can help right away.

Extended Return Policy for Christmas Gifts. You may return christmas purchases (orders placed between November 1st and December 25th) until January 31st.
